Running W Therapeutic Riding Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit therapeutic riding center providing equine-assisted activities and therapies (EAAT) to children with disabilities, veterans, and high-risk youth.

After many years of boarding horses and hosting weddings at Running W Ranch, Don and Cyndie Wiltsie wanted to do something more meaningful to give back to the community.  Cyndie had volunteered in past years at therapeutic riding centers and the enjoyment and excitement from the riders interacting with the horses was the perfect inspiration for starting a therapeutic riding center at their ranch in Rathdrum, ID.

January 2020 marked our fifth year since becoming a non-profit and the program continues to grow as our community's generosity allows us to offer programs to more participants.  We also celebrated our first anniversary of Wild Freedom (formerly BraveHearts) October 2019.  We are proud and honored to provide this service to the men and women who served our country.
